The most common request from our users has been a larger number of kanji to learn. We want our Japanese language content to be as good as possible and so far data selection and quality control has been a bottleneck in the development of Kanji Bee. To mitigate this, we now enable users to opt-in to learn kanji that are in beta status. The data for a beta kanji has been carefully selected but not yet checked by a native speaker.
This version of Kanji Bee contains 250 finalized kanji and an additional 236 kanji in beta status.

A note for users who are updating an existing installation of Kanji Bee: You will be automatically migrated to a new data format. Please make sure to upgrade to the new version of Kanji Bee on all your devices. Otherwise, any work you do there will not be reflected on devices using the new version, and vice versa.
